11.football offers a Pro subscription with additional features. By subscribing:

Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Lifetime purchases provide permanent access with no recurring charges
Refunds are handled according to Stripe's refund policy
We reserve the right to modify Pro features with reasonable notice

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (predictions, usernames). By using the Service, you grant us a license to display your content (e.g., on leaderboards). You agree not to:

Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
Attempt to manipulate predictions or leaderboards
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by 11.football and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Football data, team logos, and player information are used under applicable fair use provisions or third-party licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy of football data or lineup information
That the Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11.football shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro subscription in the preceding 12 months.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will provide notice of significant changes via the Service or email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you are entitled to bring claims in your local jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection laws.
