What FPRO Football Training does
FPRO Football Training is a home football training system for children, combining a numbered training mat with a mobile app. The app offers 200+ core exercises across five progressive levels, 20-minute guided daily sessions, step-by-step video drills, a gamified experience and progress tracking, and needs no sensors. Training is for up to three users per kit. Kits are sold in Essential and Complete bundles, with the Complete Kit adding items such as socks and a ball. An optional Premium app subscription adds drills from a former Real Madrid player, a global leaderboard and a skill card with metrics. Prices are listed in euros, with shipping by country.
