What Pitch1 does

Pitch1 is a grassroots football team management app on iOS, Android and desktop. Coaches get a lineup planner with minutes tracking, a Matchday Live console for scores, scorers and substitutions, stats, goal and heat maps, a training drill library, session planner, animated tactics boards, video links with notes, and availability tools for matches, training and galas. Fixture, opponent and league-table data can be imported from FA Full-Time. Players and parents get a team-branded hub with fixtures, results, match reports, profiles and live updates. The app store text says it is completely free to use, with optional VIP extras for teams who want to support the site and unlock a few additional features.

Best for: Junior and grassroots coaches wanting lineups, minutes, stats and a parent-facing team hub
