Referee Tools (Android): price, features and alternatives

What Referee Tools (Android) does

Referee Tools is an Android app for match officials, described as usable when refereeing football, rugby, handball and other sports. It provides a match timer that can count down or count up, with an optional sound when a countdown reaches zero. A whistle function offers short, long and twice-blown sounds, and holding the icon plays the whistle continuously for up to about thirty seconds. A penalty card display shows yellow and red cards full screen, and other card colours can be enabled in the settings. The app is positioned as simple to use. The Play listing gives no pricing or account information.
